Morning Sounds

I'm listening to the sounds of the morning in my house...

Starfall being played on the computer...

The shower running...

The coffee pot gurgling...

A two-year old's lisp for more "bekfast- in a cup, Mommy"...

Sleepy little boys making breathing sounds on the couch, with covers and their mommy close by...

It's nice. I don't want to start the day. I like sitting here. Today's a running day. Busy, busy week this week. Five more minutes...

Good morning,

As I sit in my office I hear the sounds of moms talking in the walkway outside of my window, the hum of a calculator as the counters prepare the deposit from Sunday's offering and then in my mind I hear the sounds of your home and I wish I was there.

love you have a great day - Mom

Hi Kim! I found you online from a comment you left on Kristi's blog. I met you a few years back when I was pregnant and your baby was a few months old. You came to visit Kristi for a few weeks. :) I enjoy reading your blog. You can check mine out too. You look great and your boys are beautiful!

Forgot to tell you that I met Virginia the other day. Emmerson was in Children's Worship. I'm glad she's going to be coming to the church. Emmerson is a cutie patootie. She made me laugh with her fancy spring dress and cowgirl boots.

Lets see, what I see/smell/think when I woke up this morning..."What is that smell." "O dear, I think I'm going to be sick." "I need to eat."

I long to enjoy coffee again. *sigh*

Hey Kim - I read about this site and thought about you. I think the story is this young lady tired of looking for cute modest clothing. So, her and her family have started a cute and modest clothing line.

Of course, I can't afford any of the cuteness, BUT she does have some clearance stuff.

It's cute. She's cute.

Sorry I skipped out on y'all this morning. My " just five more minutes" turned into "just one more hour." I've got to catch up though, the next 5K will be here too soon!
