Okay, not sure how to have a blog at the same time as a slide show, guess I'll have to figure that out next. We had a fabulous time in Mississippi, as always. It was a real treat to get to go to the George Dodd Dairy. They were very hospitable and let us watch the cows get milked and told us about the whole process of dairy farming. Very educational. Felix was the only one who was a little nervous about the whole experience. As always, Grandma's house is so much fun because all of us get to stay together and chat, read, sleep, and just be together. It was a great family time.
Sounds like a dream! Can I come next time?? One of those pictures was disturbing to me, though. It was the one with the utters about to pop. It took me back to my nursing days with Ando. The possibility of an explosion was never far from my mind. I wish I had had some set up like they have for the milk storage though. That would have been really nice. Enough of that...I'm glad you had a great time! You're kids are so handsome!
hey Kim, If you get this comment by Thursday, could you give me that chocolate cake recipe? I may make it this weekend. Oh, by the way, I did not recognize Felix with his hair short. (looks cute though) Did you cry??
A wife, mother, and daughter of the Most High. My hubby is in Seminary at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. We've been married for eleven years and have three busy boys and a sweet baby girl. This is a blog chronicling my thoughts and real life experiences. Join me on my rollercoaster...
