I mentioned in yesterday's post that I made lists that included me peeling wallpaper. Well, I find myself making lists everyday now. Different lists: grocery lists, organization lists, to-do lists, idea lists, weekend lists, etc. I find myself looking forward to writing them. More so than actually accomplishing the tasks on the list.
Currently I'm writing this list:
Weekend List:
buy birthday present for a birthday party tomorrow (creative ideas?)
take out spring/summer wardrobe for everybody
deep clean upstairs and downstairs
and, of course, the everpresent: PEEL WALLPAPER in upstairs bathroom
I'd like to transfer my desire of MAKING lists to actually ACCOMPLISHING them (especially that BATHROOM!). At least I feel like I'm getting SOMETHING done if I write down what I want to do. Maybe if I set a timer that would help.

When Michelle and I lived 5 doors down from each other, we would set a time that we HAD to do something productive...like 30 minutes and then we would go to each others house for a while and do it again. It was a lot of fun.
You need a "chore" buddy!
wallpaper - fun fun, 1 part downy fabric softener to 1 part hot/warm water in a spray bottle, spray well, let sit for at least 5-10mins. longer if you have time, easy peel off, may need to respray if you have the doubled layer, should be a easy peel and it smells good too!!

I am the same way with lists. I could make them all day...so that I don't have to start them ;)
